Co-Regulatory Performance Log

Due to the implementation of National Model Legislation, Regulation and Guidelines in all jurisdictions from 1 July 2007, there is a need to implement a means of monitoring how well co-regulatory regimes are implementing the legislation.

The intent of this project is to monitor co-regulatory consistency across jurisdictions and conformance to the intent of Model Legislation within jurisdictions, both immediately prior, during and after the transition phase.

More information will follow as the project nears implementation phase.
