Scope:
This Code of Practice is to be used as an aid to the operators and infrastructure maintainers to use a common practice approach toward for the development, implementation, and sustainability of safe driver only operations within the Australian Rail Network.

It will provide guidance for the development of the safety and engineering cases required to achieve Regulatory approval and Rolling Stock requirements for trains intended to be operated with driver only operation.
