Call for Development Group Members – Network Rule Books Code of Practice
The Rail Industry Safety and Standards Board (RISSB) is seeking nominations from people to join a Development Group to create a new Code of Practice that will focus on establishing and defining the common methodology for the creation and maintenance of Network Rule Books.
This publication will cover areas including:
- Development and modifications of Network Rule Books
- Alignment to National Rules
- Content and style
- Human factors and risk assessment requirements
- Management of change.
How to contribute
Stakeholders and interested parties are invited to submit nominations for subject matter experts to join this Development Group to contribute to the overall depth and quality of the product.
Development Group membership is voluntary and requires the support of your organisation to attend and contribute. There will be 4 meetings held between February and June 2021. These will be planned as teleconferences, however this may change depending on lifting of travel restrictions.
