The Rail Separation Card (previously Dangerous Goods Matrix) has been developed by Asciano for use by Pacific National. The matrix has been developed independent of the RISSB process. Accordingly it is not a RISSB product. Those who chose to draw down on this matrix do so knowing that the RISSB cannot be held to account for all aspects of the matrix. Likewise Asciano cannot be held accountable as use of the matrix is entirely the responsibility of the organisation or person choosing to use it.
The matrix is placed on the RISSB website, complements of Asciano, in the absence of any other matrix that reflects the requirements of the new Australian Dangerous Goods Code.
