RISSB Presents At ARTC's Interstate Operators Forum Last week, RISSB was delighted to attend, and present at ARTC’s Interstate Operators Forum. ARTC made great use of technology to both accommodate a sizable presence at the Sydney venue as well as online. Pacific National, SCT Logistics, Qube Logistics, V/Line, One Rail, SSR, NSW Trains, John Holland, ARC Infrastructure, Sydney Trains and of course ARTC were all well represented, and RISSB was proud to showcase the work we’re doing in trying to raise the bar for railway communications.
Thank you to our hosts ARTC for running this important industry event!

MEET THE NEXT GENERATION OF LEADERS
Each week we'll introduce you to the future leaders attending Horizons Program 3.0. This week, we'd like you to meet Geetha, Brad and Elle.
Geetha Irukulla | QA Test LeadTTG Transport I am Geetha, currently working as QA Test Lead at TTG Transportation. It has been an year now that I am with the Rail industry and yet I feel there is still lot more to know, understand and Learn about the Industry. It has been a great learning curve so far and I am sure RiSSB will help me fill up few blank spaces there are. I am an Instrumentation and Control Engineering graduate who happened to find my self in the software industry after University. I am
passionate about testing and always trying to improve the way things are for my team and organization which will benefit everyone in the eco system. I am a strong believer that “If you have to stay long then you have to go along”. In my leisure I am in to painting and sketching (One of the reason I am obsessed with details.
Brad Davies | PASS Assets Senior GIS Data AnalystSydney Trains Hello - I'm Brad Davies, and I'm a spatial analyst with the Department of Transport (DoT) in Victoria. I am part of the Train Services Compliance team who oversees the running of DMS (Construction Drawing Index) and PASS (GIS web-map) which receives/reviews the delivery of capital works "as-built" drawings, asset data and images from the industry to the State. While still green in the rail industry (2 years), I've spent 10 years in working with GIS and Asset Management through local government and the private sector. Outside of work, it's all things orienteering, cycling and reading whenever time allows.
Elle Carrol | Occupational NurseSydney Trains My name is Elle Carroll and I am the Occupational Nurse at Sydney Trains. I’ve been involved with the rail industry for the past 8 years, providing health support to rail workers & customers. As the rail industry is rapidly changing and progressing with new technologies and ways of working, so too does the way we deliver health programs to support rail workers. I hope to learn
from industry leaders and collaborate with like-minded people, to better prepare for future demands of our industry. When I’m not working, you’ll find me by the ocean or traveling with friends and family.
