• 5.2.1.32 Out of gauge trains causing dewirement (harm to overhead power systems)
• 5.2.1.36 Pan heads being too narrow so that contact wires run off the edge of pan heads causing dewirement (harm to overhead power systems)
• 5.2.1.42 Bogies' suspension being inadequate causing excessive pan head translation or sway which in turn causes contact wires to run off the edge of pan heads resulting in dewirement (harm to overhead power systems)
