ANRP 4003 - Rail Traffic Integrity

To prescribe the rules for authorising, issuing and using a Track Work Authority (TWA).

To prescribe the rules for reporting and responding to unsafe conditions affecting or potentially affecting the Network.

To prescribe the rules for manually maintaining blocks between rail traffic movements in the Network where the rail traffic may not be reliably detected on Centralised Traffic Control territory.
